Please be at the Snow School counter 10 minutes before each lesson so that the lesson can start on time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a change in your schedule, please notify us by phone 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule your lesson. Without notification, that lesson will be lost. Hours are non-transferrable and cannot be resumed or accumulated for use the next season. No refund will be granted. If the cancellation is due to an injury, a credit for the remaining hours will be added to the next season.
