Main tasks
In collaboration with the work team and under the supervision of the Customer service and hosting team leader, you will be responsible for the housekeeping and sanitary maintenance of the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
YOUR MISSION WITHIN THE TEAM:
- Clean the bedroom, bathroom and all of the surfaces and accessories available in it;
- Wash windows in the room;
- Make up beds and change linens as required;
- Dust and vacuum furniture, curtains, upholstered furniture, carpets and floors;
- Replenish amenities in the room;
- Report any irregularities relating to the condition of the rooms to his supervisor;
- Clean public areas (corridors, halls, stairwells, elevators);
- Wash and fold towels and sheets;
- Make sure to empty and change all of the garbage bags and recycling bin in the hotel;
- Ensure good coordination with customer service;
- All other related tasks.
FOR THIS YOU NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent (asset);
- Work experience in a related job (asset);
- Be concerned about cleanliness;
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and judgment;
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the work period;
- Ability to lift loads up to 20 kg on a regular basis;
- Know and respect safety and health standards and be familiar with the proper use of cleaning products;
- Be discreet and courteous.
