Sometimes it’s good to stop for a moment and enjoy a good meal. Why not savour these unique moments with your loved ones or alone in a warm setting, at the foot of the mountain? It is also possible to eat at the bar for a less formal atmosphere. In addition to the après ski classics, you can treat yourself to homemade cuisine, without frying and made with 90% Quebec-Canada products.
On the menu, as a starter, onion soup au gratin with Compton cheese, Signature Parmentier soup, Duo of salmon tartars from La Fée des Grèves and much more.
As a single dish, our customers will be able to taste our homemade pizza made from our own pasta and sauce, our chilli and our homemade burgers (without processed products) as well as the much appreciated Provencher smoked meat from Coaticook, without nitrites or phosphates.
As a table d’hôte, fondues! A Savoyard cheese fondue, a fondue offering 6 meat options as well as a vegan fondue with mushroom broth and an option of tempeh, tofu and vegetables.
