You also participate in purchasing and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000\">Thanks to your leadership and organizational skills, you help promote the restaurant&#8230; one plate at a time!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000\">Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Structured monitoring of the kitchen team&#8217;s tasks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Preparing, cooking, and seasoning dishes using the appropriate techniques and serving them;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Monitor the quality and preservation of prepared dishes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Ensure customer satisfaction;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Collaborate in the sound management of purchases and orders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Participate in inventory management and monitoring;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety procedures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Perform all other related tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION<\/strong><br \/>\nAt Owl\u2019s Head, we believe that the diversity of our community is what makes our workplace truly unique.
