Any violation may lead to the suspension and\/or cancellation of your right of access to the chairlifts for the current season.<\/li>\n<li>The holder of a NINOXE season pass must at all times comply with the Quebec Code of Mountain Conduct (L.R.Q., ch. S-31,1) as well as all the regulations imposed on the user by management.<\/li>\n<li>The holder of a NINOXE season pass agrees: (1) to elect domicile in Quebec, which will be the forum for all complaints and (2) that the laws of Quebec will apply there.<\/li>\n<li>Age on December 1, 2022, to benefit from the rates, proof of age required.<\/li>\n<li>Rates are subject to change without notice.<\/li>\n<li>No discount or promotional offer can be combined with special rates.<\/li>\n<li>Certain conditions apply.<\/li>\n<li>Taxes not included.<\/li>\n<li>Canadian and US credit cards only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n"}],"menu_language_white":false},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
