Reporting to the Ski School and Rental Manager, the Instructor teaches skiing or snowboarding techniques to customers of all ages and levels. He/she ensures that lessons run as planned, in accordance with the company's procedures, policies and quality standards.

Main tasks
MAIN DUTIES
- Consult the procedures and schedule for efficient planning of his day;
- Teach skiing/snowboarding: group lessons, private lessons, school groups;
- Ensure the safe management of your group;
- Helping with group changes;
- Complete a technical follow-up for each lesson given;
- Fill out progress logs;
- Respond to customer service requests within a reasonable time frame;
- Follow up with clients at the end of the lessons given;
- Ensure that customer requests are filled or redirected within the prescribed time frame, while respecting company policies;
- Performs any other task requested by his/her immediate supervisor.
Requirements, skills
and qualifications
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to stand throughout the work period
- High school diploma or equivalent (asset)
- Ski teaching certification: Level 1 (minimum requirement)
- Be in good physical shape
- Bilingualism (asset)
- Team player and positive attitude
