Reception and Customer Service Agent (Golf, Mountain and Hotel)

In a context of passion, enthusiasm, teamwork, customer satisfaction, sustainability and continuous improvement, the incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience for the purpose of differentiation. and customer loyalty.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after consumption of the product or service;
  • To solve any problem, to solve any unforeseen, to treat any complaint of the customers;

Golf Course Maintenance

MAIN TASKS

Under the direction of the Superintendent, the officer will perform a variety of duties, primarily outside, related to the maintenance of the course and terrain;

Note that this job requires good physical abilily.

  • Maintenance of sand traps;
  • Driving of greens and departures;
  • Mowing green with specialized mowers;
  • Fill and repair the stick marks on the ground;
  • Keeping clead at all times on the field, machines, course and buildings;
  • Other maintenance of the land (garbage, cleaning, etc.)
  • Other related tasks.

 

EXIGENCES, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a related job (asset);
  • Prior experience in a golf facility (asset);

  • Sweeping and wiping floors, and performing other duties to help the cook and kitchen staff;
  • Fill condiment and other containers on tables and service areas;
  • Store the dishes where they are needed;
  • Plan your work;
  • Prepare food;
  • Perform service and set up;
  • Organize your service area;
  • Control the quality of prepared meals and preservation;
  • Maintain the workstation and tools used in the kitchen;
  • Keep the workstation tidy;
  • Clean and sanitize work spaces and surfaces;

Dishwasher / Assistant cook

Reporting to the catering supervisor, the dishwasher and maintenance worker is expected to:

Dishwashing and maintenance:

  • Wash dishes, glasses, ustentils and pans by hand or machine;
  • Store the dishes where they are needed;
  • Operate and maintain the dishwasher;
  • Classify clean dishes for storage in designated areas;
  • Remove garbage and take out garbage cans from the kitchen;
  • Unpack and store provisions in refrigerators, cabinets and other storage areas;
  • Sweeping and wiping floors, and performing other duties to help the cook and kitchen staff;
  • Learn and become familiar with cleaning products, their use, their components and warnings (dangerousness)

Reporting to the Lift Operations Supervisor, you will be required to operate and maintain the chairlifts according to established procedures, and more specifically:

  • Evaluate the repairs or maintenance to be carried out and put in place the necessary corrective measures
  • Complete some daily reports
  • Check and prepare lifts to ensure an efficient and safe operation
  • Follow established procedures to maintain operations taking into account the different factors
  • Communicates the various problems to his / her superior while demonstrating initiative to resolve routine cases and emergencies
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned to you by your immediate superior and necessary for the proper functioning of the company

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma is an asset
  • For Quebec resident : hold Emploi Québec lifts certificate of qualification. For foreign resident : hold a mechanic trade certification
  • Relevant experience including the maintenance of detachable chairs and grips is an asset
  • Knowledge of welder basics is an asset
  • Good knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and mechanics
  • Able to work in difficult environmental conditions; able to work at heights
  • Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability

MAIN TASKS 

Reporting to the supervisor-operation of the ski lifts, you will be required to operate and maintain the lifts according to established procedures.

Notes: Training will be given on site by the ski lift supervisor.

You will be called, with the help and supervision of the supervisor in place

  • Monitor and perform daily lift maintenance;

The MTN HAUS, located at the bottom of the ski slopes, is looking for maintenance workers.

 

– 2 maintenance staff (ski chalet and MTN HAUS Hotel): full-time positions

– 2 maintenance staff MTN HAUSS Hotel: full-time and part-time position

 

MAIN TASKS

The maintenance attendant is responsible of housekeeping and sanitation inside and outside the buildings and for the hotel.

  • Clean washrooms, eating areas and reception areas in all buildings
  • Ensure the supply of sanitary devices (hand paper, soap, etc…)
  • Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the site
  • Shovel around buildings and spread abrasive if necessary
  • Sweep and wash floors
  • Wash glass doors and windows
  • Ensure that when closing that there are no customers in the public rooms and lock all doors
  • Hotel side: Ability to make beds (Hotel standard) with care
  • Perform any other task that may be assigned to him by his immediate supervisor and necessary for the proper functioning of the company
  • Ensure good coordination with customer service.

 

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (DES, DEP) is an asset
