Reporting to the Ski School and Rental Manager, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, advising and selling the school's various programs and lessons.

Main tasks
MAIN DUTIES
- Respond to calls and emails from the ski school;
- Assess each client’s needs and advise on the right programs and/or lessons;
- Make reservations and payments (MTNOS software);
- Assign instructors to classes in different programs and lessons;
- Make, for example, changes to groups and/or instructors in collaboration with snow program coordinators;
- Receive and handle customer complaints according to existing procedures;
- Help the rental department adjust bindings, when necessary;
- Keep abreast of IT and operational changes;
- Carry out any other task that may be assigned by his immediate supervisor and necessary for the proper functioning of the company.

- Bilingualism, both oral and written
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Speed of execution, accuracy, resistance to stress
- Team player and positive attitude
