Reporting to the Customer Experience and Lodging Manager, the agent provides an outstanding customer experience. He/she answers questions from various customer groups by telephone, e-mail or in person.

Main tasks
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Provide information by phone, email, or in person regarding all Destination Owl's Head services, products, packages and promotions: golf, marina, ski, hotel, etc…;
- Make sales personalized to the buyer's profile and offer recommendations and support to help customers plan a multi-activity stay;
- Make reservations for the various products and services required to ensure a hassle-free stay; Collect payments;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure up-to-date knowledge of operations, schedules and policies;
- Inform room maintenance staff of departures and ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy prior to guest arrival.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after consumption of products or services; Resolve any problems or unforeseen circumstances;
- Receive and handle customer complaints, according to established procedures.
- Keep up to date and/or perfect his/her knowledge by the means at his/her disposal; Compile statistics relating to customers and visitors;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements, skills
and qualifications
- Ability to work with different computer systems
- Knowledge of our industry (asset)
- Bilingualism, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Be resourceful and have initiative
- Experience in a similar position
