YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT
As a cook, you help create a gourmet experience in an exceptional setting. By preparing high-quality dishes with precision and passion, you help provide warm, welcoming service that perfectly complements our guests’ experience. Your work in the kitchen is an integral part of the memories our guests take home from their visit.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the cook is responsible for:
- Preparing the mise en place for various dishes;
- Carrying out various cooking tasks;
- Assisting the sous chef in preparing meals;
- Ensure that dishes are presented neatly;
- Manage food rotation and ensure proper food storage;
- Keep their workspace clean and functional;
- Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols;
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the kitchen.
PROFIL / REQUIRED SKILLS
- Interest in cooking
- Experience in the restaurant industry (preferred);
- Attention to detail;
- Team spirit and a positive attitude.
