YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT
As a mountain maintenance worker, you play a vital role in preparing and preserving our natural playground. Whether you’re grooming the slopes, ensuring that equipment runs smoothly, or safeguarding the health of the terrain, your versatile work helps provide a safe and memorable experience for skiers and visitors all year round.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Snowmaking and Mountain Maintenance Supervisor, the attendant is responsible for: 

  • Perform general maintenance of the trails and the site (mowing, spot seeding, clearing culverts and drainage ditches, monitoring sediment and erosion);
  • Transport equipment and personnel up the mountain using various types of vehicles.
  • Assist with the maintenance of equipment used for year-round mountain operations.
  • Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements, skills

  • High school diploma
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Adapt to varying temperatures

  • Good proactivity in managing tasks
