COVID-19 – March 18, 2020 Update
Dear customers,
As announced on March 15, Destination Owl’s Head temporarily suspended its operations as a result of government directives. Our efforts are aimed at limiting the spread of COVID-19.
PLEASE NOTE that the ski chalet is not accessible to the public until further notice. Also, all events that were scheduled until March 30th are cancelled. We realize that this decision may disappoint you. Our organization is united in managing the current crisis and we believe that the priority must be the health of the public.
We would like to remind you that⚠the mountain is closed⚠; alpine trekking, hiking, sliding and other activities are therefore prohibited at this time. It is forbidden to enter the mountain to practice a sport by your own. These measures are in place for YOUR SAFETY. Thank you for your collaboration.
*** Awareness: In solidarity with the healthcare system, we wouldn’t want to have an accident and create additional strain on the healthcare system.
Our customer service will be open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We anticipate a large number of calls and emails to our customer service in the coming days. We ask for your patience. Leave us a message and a follow-up will be made as soon as possible. The 2020-2021 season pass pre-sale continues online and by phone only.
The health, safety and well-being of our clients, employees, volunteers and partners are important to us. We therefore thank all of our employees and volunteers for their exceptional work and understanding during this unprecedented period.
It is important to know that this is a temporary suspension. If the situation improves, we will do everything in our power to reopen the resort to offer our clients spring skiing.
We will be following the situation closely and will keep you informed of updates on our various platforms.
Thank you for your understanding.
Let’s be united.
