YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT
As a housekeeping team leader, you serve as the point of reference for your team in optimizing the guest experience. Working on the front lines, you will coordinate all housekeeping operations—including accommodations, dining, the ski lodge, and the golf club—to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety are maintained.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Supervise and guide the maintenance activities of staff
- Enforce and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety procedures;
- Participate in various maintenance tasks, both in the buildings and throughout the hotel;
- Manage the maintenance team’s schedules;
- Manage the inventory of products and supplies
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Profile / Required Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manae priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality standards;
- Ability to mentor, support, and develop team members;
- Commitment to customer service.
- Ability to adapt to operational needs and different types of cleaning tasks;
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant asset;
- At least one year of experience performing housekeeping duties in a corporate setting.
