Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, the cook is responsible for preparing meals and ensuring the smooth running of the ski chalet food service.

Main tasks
- Set up for different dishes;
- Carry out the various cooking;
- Support the sous-chef in the preparation of meals;
- Ensure a neat presentation of dishes;
- Rotate food and ensure food preservation;
- Keep his workspace clean and functional;
- Apply the rules of hygiene, sanitation and safety for the kitchen;
Requirements, skills
and qualifications
- Diploma in cooking (asset)
- Rigor, efficiency and attention to detail;
- Team player and positive attitude;
- Resistance to stress;
- Experience in a similar position (1 to 3 years)
