Assistant General Manager
YOUR MISSION
As the right hand to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you are at the heart of operations. You ensure smooth day-to-day functioning while actively contributing to the evolution of the experience we offer our guests.
A motivating leader and key member of the executive team, you oversee operations, align teams, and identify opportunities to grow the organization. You combine strategic vision with a strong on-the-ground presence to create a distinctive, consistent, and memorable experience, summer and winter alike.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive operations with rigor and efficiency
- Ensure overall performance of the sectors under your responsibility (food & beverage, lodging, guest experience, ski school, rentals, golf, maintenance, and IT)
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency across operations
- Be present in the field to support, adjust, and continuously optimize
Evolve the offering and guest experience
- Develop and implement new activities and experiences in collaboration with teams and marketing
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Actively contribute to the organization’s positioning and value proposition
Engage and develop teams
- Lead and support managers under your responsibility
- Foster a motivating, collaborative, and excellence-driven environment
- Ensure consistency in management practices and leadership across teams
Contribute to performance and profitability
- Participate in budget planning and monitoring
- Optimize profit centers and support business decisions
- Collaborate on pricing and sales strategies
Play a key leadership role
- Actively participate in the executive committee and strategic planning
- Recommend directions and ensure their implementation
- Act as CEO in their absence
Ensure a healthy, safe, and structured environment
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
- Contribute to a strong culture of health, safety, and employee experience

and qualifications
- Hand-on leader with a global vision

- Minimum 5 years in a similar management role
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingualism (french and english)
- Proficiency with standard computer tools
