As a ski lift trainer, you are the conduit for knowledge and expertise. You design and lead training programs that equip employees to work with rigor, safety, and passion.
Through your guidance and follow-up, you support their development, ensure the transmission of standards of excellence, and help build a competent, confident, and motivated team… so that every skier can enjoy a smooth and safe experience on the mountain.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Lift Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, the Ski Lift Instructor is responsible for:

• Define and analyze training needs;
• Develop training objectives and plans;
• Design training content and teaching materials as needed;
• Lead training sessions;
• Monitor the learning progress of trained employees;
• Maintain the training log;
• Ensure that work procedures and training plans are updated;
• Supervise the work of employees in training;
• Support the supervisor in the integration of new employees;
• Operate the ski lifts during busy periods;
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and that are necessary for the smooth operation of the company.
