Outdoor Customer Experience Attendant

Full time - Part time - Seasonal (winter)

Reporting to the Director, Customer Experience & Hospitality, the Attendant will be responsible for greeting customers, guiding and orienting them in the customer journey, and informing them of the various measures and regulations to be respected.

Main tasks

MAIN DUTIES

  • Participate in the circulation of parking areas and indicate available spaces;
  • Identify and immediately inform the team leader of any event that interferes with the day-to-day operation of the parking lots (blockage, queuing, traffic density, complaints, snow/ice conditions, etc.);
  • Greet customers and direct them to the front desk and ticket office;
  • Provide customer support with the RFID control system;
  • Answer customers' questions and guide them through the customer path;
  • Inform customers about the various regulations to be respected;
  • Support the various related service teams to ensure a good customer experience;
  • Participate in access control for alpine hiking;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements, skills
and qualifications

  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Ability to stand throughout the work period
  • Ability to work outdoors with varying temperatures (hot or cold)
  • Bilingualism (asset)
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and judgment
