Main tasks

MAIN TASKS

Perform pre-start and post-operation checks of the snow groomer and equipment;
Review the work completed during the previous shift and the work to be done according to the established priorities;
Operate the snow groomer safely and efficiently;
Use appropriate grooming techniques to improve ski conditions;
Ensures the proper operation of the groomer;
Maintains a trail maintenance log;
Performs any other duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor and necessary for the proper operation of the business.

High school diploma or equivalent (asset)
Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and judgment
Cautious and watchful by nature
Manual skills
Responsible, punctual and hardworking
Experience in driving heavy machinery and a basic knowledge of mechanics (asset)
Valid driver’s license
Concern for the quality of work
Two years experience in a similar job (asset)
