Theme: A return to yourself in nature.

This first session will focus on the importance of coming back to oneself, through awareness of the movement of oneself and of nature, to cultivate calm.

 

10:30 am: Soft yoga for everyone

12 pm:  Walk in the mountain in mindfulness. Bring your snack and lunch!

Theme: Presence by the 5 senses.

Attentive presence is developed by connecting to our senses. Learning to develop it opens our awareness to what’s around us, and what’s inside us.

12 pm:  Walk in the mountain in mindfulness. Bring your snack and lunch!

2 pm : Soft yoga for everyone

October 8

Theme: Presence in full consciousness of the 5 elements.

The mind is a landscape, and it’s possible to learn to negotiate our inner terrain so that the insurmountable hills that overwhelm us can become enriching experiences. Find that inner stability through mindfulness of nature’s 5 elements.

Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat, a lunch, and snacks!
