Reporting to the Customer Experience and Hospitality Director, the agent provides an outstanding customer experience by answering questions from various clients by phone, email or in person.

Main tasks
MAIN TASKS
- Provide information by phone, email or in person regarding all Owl’s Head products, services, packages and promotions including golf, marina, skiing, hotel, etc.;
- Make customized sales to the buyer’s profile;
- Collect payments.
- Book the various products and services required to ensure an easy stay;
- Inform housekeeping staff of check-outs and ensures that all rooms are clean and tidy to meet guest needs;
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after consumption of products or services;
- Resolve any problems and contingencies;
- Receive and process customer complaints, according to the processes in place.
- Keep up to date and/or improve your knowledge through the means available to you;
- Compile customer and visitor statistics;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements, skills
and qualifications
- Experience in a similar position (asset)
- Ability to work with different computer systems
- Knowledge of our industry (asset)
- Bilingualism, both oral and written
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Be resourceful and have initiative
