We’re looking forward to a fun-filled Easter weekend!
Even though temperatures are warming up, there’s no shortage of snow on the mountain, and we’ve still got several great days of skiing ahead of us! As you know, you can now ski at any time, regardless of your ski membership. So now’s the perfect time to hit the slopes with us!
The weather’s shaping up to be mild for the weekend, and we’re ready to welcome you in large numbers to the slopes, the terrace and the MTN Haus for après-ski! All we need is you.

The Hoot!
Saturday, March 3oth
Owl’s Head is proud to present the 51st edition of the Hoot, organized by the Canadian Ski Patrol!
Great food, games, contests, raffles, music, everything you need for family fun. Ever dreamed of hitting the slopes dressed as a unicorn or a tyrannosaurus? Now’s your chance!
The Canadian Ski Patrol will also be hosting its annual fundraising event!
On the agenda:
9:00 am to 10:30 am: costume contest and prize-giving ceremony;
10:00 am: penguin race;
10:00 am to 4:00 pm: inflatable games;
11:00 am to 3:00 pm: taffy on snow;
11:00 am to 3:00 pm: BBQ on the terrace;
2 p.m.: Slush cup (on-site registration).

Spring madness
Saturday, April 6th
Owl’s Head invites you to the mountain on April 6th to celebrate the start of spring in a carnival atmosphere!
Get out your best disguises and, starting at noon, join us on the outdoor terrace for an afternoon full of activities!
Schedule:
12:00pm to 19:00pm : welcome on site and outdoor BBQ with bar, cotton candy machine, bubble machine and snow cones!
Level Up and his band will have you dancing to the greatest Pop-Rock, Disco and Country hits of the last 50 years!
Marvel at the performances of professional circus artists (stilt-walkers and jugglers) who will also be in costume!
Let the good times roll!

Eclipse day
Monday, April 8th
Join us on April 8th to witness a rare astrological phenomenon!
Owl’s Head is the ideal place to observe the solar eclipse, being perfectly situated on its trajectory!
A total solar eclipse, which occurs when the Moon completely obscures the Sun, is quite rare! The next one will take place in 2106.
Eclipse schedule :
2:16 pm start of the partial eclipse;
3:27 pm: total eclipse begins;
3:30 pm: end of total eclipse;
4:38 pm: end of partial eclipse.
On the agenda:
BBQ on the terrace from 11:00 am;
Access to the Summit lift between 12:00 and 14:00, with the last descent scheduled for 17:30;
Festive musical ambiance with Duo Bergevin et Daigle on the terrace between 12:00 and 14:00, and between 16:00 and 17:00.
Eclipse viewing will be possible from both the base and summit of the mountain. All those wishing to access the summit must purchase a lift ticket, including members, and carry a pair of ISO 12312-2-certified glasses.
