THE OH SKI GUARANTEE

In order to provide you with greater peace of mind, we have created a new free guarantee: The OH Ski Guarantee. We hope that this new measure will reassure you and offer you the desired flexibility.

 

WHAT DOES THE OH SKI GUARANTEE OFFER TO YOU?

  • Our OH Ski Guarantee allows the confident purchase of our Ninoxe 20/21 products (season pass), giving the holder the option of deferring the use of their 2020-2021 season pass to 2021-2022 at no cost and without price change, if the request is made before December 10, 2020 or before your first visit to the slopes.
  • Once your ski season has started, the general conditions in force will apply.

 

WHO IS THIS GUARANTEE FOR?

  • This guarantee is applicable on all seasonal subscriptions (regular and optional).
  • Purchases must have been made before December 10, 2020.
  • The OH Ski Guarantee is only available for Ninoxe products which are not yet used at the time of the postponement request. A product is considered unused if the pass has not been scanned or used to access the ski lifts after March 15, 2020.

 

IS IT FREE?

  • YES, our OH Ski Guarantee is free and automatically applicable on all purchases of 2020-2021 season passes. This coverage is applicable retroactively to all purchases made since March 1, 2020.

 

HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GUARANTEE?

  • By contacting customer service by email at services@owlshead.com between September 10 and December 10, 2020. The postponement to the 2021-2022 season of your season pass will be granted without condition and may be executed at any time.
  • Note that once the postponement is applied, it is irreversible.
  • Note that a holder who has already started his skiing season, by skiing before December 10, 2020, will not be able to benefit from the OH Ski Guarantee. In this case, the general conditions in force will apply.

 

IS THE OH SKI GUARANTEE CANCELLATION PROTECTION?

  • Destination Owl’s Head can also offer you additional cancellation protection (link). This protection covers inter alia; death, illness, injury and transfer to work. There are costs associated with this protection. Cancellation Protection is available at the time of taking possession of the subscription only.
